Frequently asked questions

Before you book

Do you only transport Apple and Mac equipment?

No. Mac computers are a common shipment type, but we also coordinate delivery for other computers, displays, office equipment, boxed parts, documents and general business cargo.

Can you collect equipment from multiple employees?

Yes. Multi-collection projects can be planned as a dedicated route or a series of scheduled collections, depending on location and timing.

Do I need the original product packaging?

Original packaging is preferred for sensitive equipment but is not always required. Tell us what you are shipping and we will explain the packaging standard for the selected service.

Is shipment cover available?

Declared-value cover may be available for eligible items and routes. Coverage terms, limits and exclusions are provided with the quote before booking.

How quickly can you collect?

Same-day collection may be available in supported local areas. Regional and larger equipment moves are normally scheduled in advance to confirm vehicle and handling requirements.

What information is needed for a quote?

Please provide collection and delivery postcodes, item count, approximate dimensions and weight, preferred date, access notes and whether the shipment contains fragile electronics.
